- 4 time Ohio state champion (2009, 2012, 2013 and 2015)
- 25th year at Moeller

- 2009 Bob Sumerel Greater Cincinnati Coach of the Year
- 2010 State Coach of the Year
- 4 time Defiance College Alumni Coach of the Year
- 2015 NFHS coach of the year for the state of Ohio
- 2013 Cincinnati Reds/MSA Sport Coach of the year
- 2015 & 2017 Perfect Game All American game and an assistant coach for the East team
